Ordering:
Orders should be placed via email: guitars@silent-scream.eu.
We always review the order specifications and respond with an estimated production time, confirmed total cost, and payment details. All orders become binding upon the payment of a 40% deposit. The estimated delivery time always starts from the moment the deposit is received.
Changes:
We reserve the right to refuse any changes to the order specifications after the deposit has been paid.
Under certain conditions, we may agree to modify the order specifications during production under the following terms:
- The estimated delivery date will be revised and will start from the last confirmation of the specification change.
- All changes to the specifications must be submitted to guitars@silent-scream.eu with the subject line “SPECIFICATION CHANGE.”
Payment:
All prices are listed in euros (€). The default payment methods are bank transfer, PayPal, or Revolut.
For the convenience of our customers, we also offer the option to pay in other currencies upon prior agreement. We use Google for currency conversion when payments are made in currencies other than euros.
Updates:
We strive to provide production updates to the email address used for correspondence when major stages are completed.
Please note, however, that we may not always be able to provide real-time updates on the construction of your instrument. Additionally, editing photos and videos is time-consuming, so there may be delays in sharing progress materials.
Delivery:
All orders are shipped via DPD.
Production Time:
The general production time ranges from 3 to 6 months under the current conditions of 2024. This timeframe may vary depending on various factors, such as the production queue, order complexity, or unforeseen issues that may arise.
All problems or other unforeseen situations will be communicated via email correspondence.
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled, but we reserve the right to retain part or even the entirety of the deposit (a minimum of 25% of the deposit) to cover incurred costs. This does not apply to orders delayed by 90 days or more from the estimated delivery date.
Warranty:
All new guitars from Silent Scream Guitars come with a 24-month limited warranty for material and workmanship defects under normal use during the warranty period.
The warranty period begins upon delivery of the goods to the customer and lasts for 24 months.
This warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear and tear of parts, including frets, tremolo bridge knives, springs, or strings. It also does not cover damage caused by improper handling, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

We are always happy to try to resolve any problems or inconveniences to your satisfaction whenever possible.
Shipping costs for warranty repairs are covered by the customer.
