SILENT SCREAM GUITARS MANIFESTO

DEDICATION. COMPROMISE ZERO.

STILL.

The nineties. We made a choice that brought clarity to our lives. Straight edge. Animal rights. Veganism. Ecology. Not a trend, but a path.
We pledged simplicity and transparency. No substances that dull the mind. No exploitation of those who cannot defend themselves. No lies that numb the conscience.
It was then that guitars found their way into our hands - instruments to carry our message.
In 2013, Silent Scream Guitars was born. Not as something new, but as a natural continuation of who we were.
We remain faithful to what shaped us. We don't split life into "work" and "everything else." Our home and our workshop breathe the same air.
The same principles. The same care. The same inner silence that keeps us from compromising. And, when needed, the same scream of defiance.

STILL.

OUR ADVERSARY: HASTE AND INDIFFERENCE

It's more than a loss of focus. It's a systemic acceptance of shortcuts.
We see it in factories where haste replaces care. In decisions where environmental impact is ignored because it's cheaper. In the details, where, for the sake of convenience and misguided tradition, animal products like bone for nuts, hide glue, or shellac are used.
This system whispers: "No one will notice." "It doesn't matter." "Everyone does it."
We answer: "WE CARE"
We don't create objects. We create proof that there is another way. Every guitar is proof that one can live and work consciously, without compromise.

OUR SCARS – OUR BREATH
Every mistake taught us something no book ever could. Every stumble became a stepping stone that pushed us forward.
We have a bass named The Undead. It was born from so many mistakes it's hard to list them all. The body was cut with a router bit that was too short, so it had to be finished with a jigsaw - imprecisely, of course, which meant the contours needed correcting. The neck was supposed to be one piece, but something went wrong, and we had to add a fretboard. By the book, it should have been a failure.
And yet, it breathes. It sounds magnificent. It became proof that patience and dedication can bring life back to even what seems lost.
Scars are not flaws. They are proof that we never stopped moving forward.

OUR PROMISE
Every Silent Scream guitar is a mark of an alternative path - a path without violence, without exploitation, without compromise.
We choose our materials carefully - not because they are the cheapest, but because they are the right ones. For every instrument we build, we plant trees.
This isn't marketing. It is a life practice we've been learning since the nineties and nurturing in our workshop since 2013.
With respect for every living being.

DEDICATION. COMPROMISE ZERO.

This is not a slogan. It is the breath of our work.
Every decision. Every piece of wood. Every hour spent in the workshop passes through the same filter:
Is it in line with dedication? If the answer is "no" - we let it go.
Does it involve compromise? If the answer is "yes" - we let it go.

FOR WHOM
For those whose choices are an expression of care - for the environment, for animals, for the world around us.
For those who know that an instrument can be a manifesto of values, not just an object with a serial number.
For those who find true beauty in authenticity and the marks of workmanship.
For those who walk their own path consciously and remain true to it.
STILL.

SILENT SCREAM GUITARS

A workshop founded in 2013.
Roots in the nineties.
Still in the same place. Still in line with the same values.
Still building instruments as if they were an extension of our own lives.
Because, in essence, they are.

For every guitar we build, our partners plant 3 trees!

Two are planted in Poland, and one somewhere else in the world.

Additionally, because of a promise we made at Guitar Summit 2024, we’ve planted 50 more trees in Honduras.

We’re working to expand our tree planting to other parts of the world. We hope we can plant trees in your country too!

Our Czas na las team has planted 120 maple and ash trees in our name. It's a small way for us to give back to nature for all that it provides. This is just the first step in our tree planting initiatives and other environmental projects.
